Sony Ericsson Z780 was recently approved by FCC, and will be available via AT&T in this summer.
The Z780 comes in a clamshell form factor. Weighing 100 grams and measuring 92 x 49 x 16 mm (when closed), the Z780 packs a 2.2 inch internal TFT display with 262K colors and QVGA resolution (240 x 320), quad-band GSM (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) and tri-band HSDPA (850 / 1900 / 2100 MHz) connectivity, a 2 Megapixel photo camera, 35MB of internal memory, Memory Stick Micro (M2) card support, Music and Video players, FM radio, TrackID, internal GPS, A-GPS, pre-installed Google Maps, push email, Instant Messaging, NetFront 3.4 browser, Bluetooth 2.0, Java MIDP 2.0, USB 2.0 and so on.

Sony Ericsson released official details about the Z780 recently. It’s a 3G-enabled mid-end handset, and will be available in a few months.
Sony Ericsson Z780 comes in a clamshell form factor, offers quad-band GSM plus tri-band HSDPA connectivity. It packs a 2.2 inch internal TFT screen with 256K colors and 240 x 320 pixels, other specifications include: an external 36 x 128 pixels monochrome display, a 2 Megapixel camera with flash and video recording, Media player, FM radio, built-in A-GPS, NetFront 3.4 Internet browser, Google Maps, email, Instant Messaging, Bluetooth, USB and so on. It measures 92 x 49 x 16 mm and weighs 100 g.
Z780 will hit the market both in Europe and the US (as Sony Ericsson Z780a), in two color versions: Grand Onyx and Amethyst Silver.
