Samsung U900 (under the name Samsung U900T) has recently been released in Australia via Telstra, the largest mobile operator in the country.

Coming in a slider form factor, the U900T brings the following features: HSDPA connectivity with high data transfer speeds up to 7.2 Mbps, a 2.2 inch TFT display with 240 x 320 pixels and 16 million colors, a touch-sensitive navigation pad, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, flash, image stabilizer and face detection, mobile TV capabilities, Music and Video players, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, HTML browser, email, 100MB of internal memory and microSD card support.

Samsung U900T is available for retail price of 879 Australian dollars (about 858 USD or 540 Euros).

Samsung U900 Soul will be available in UK, France and Germany soon. It was first announced in February during MWC 2008.

Samsung U900 comes in a slider form factor. Measuring 105 x 49.5 x 12.9 millimeters and weighing 112 grams, the U900 is one of the slimmest sliders in the world. This high-end handset packs a 2.2 inch display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels and a 5 Megapixel camera. It offers HSDPA connectivity for data transfer speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps, other features: “Magical Touch” navigation touch pad, Media player, FM radio, Bluetooh 2.0, USB 2.0, email, Web browser, Bang & Olufsen ICEpower technology and so on.

Samsung U900 Soul will cost 400 Euros (about $640).
