LG Chocolate 3 Available Now in the US

LG Chocolate 3 is on sale starting July 13 via Verizon Wireless.

Coming in a clamshell form factor, the new Chocolate handset brings the following features: an internal 2.2 inch TFT display with 320 x 240 pixels and 260K colors, an external 1.76 inch screen with 176 x 220 pixels and 260K colors, a Flash UI, 1GB of built-in memory, Music and Video players with dedicated external keys, FM radio and FM transmitter, a 3.5 mm headset jack, a 2.0 Megapixel camera with video recording, email, Web browser, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, Verizon-specific services (like VZ Navigator, V CAST Video, V CAST Music with Rhapsody and ESPN MVP), multimedia messaging, USB and an 800 mAh battery that should capable of offering up to 4.5 hours in talk-time mode and up to 350 hours in stand-by mode.

LG Chocolate 3 is available in two color versions: black and light blue, and it costs $129.99 (after a $50 mail-in rebate) with a Verizon contract agreement for two years.

For the moment, there are no details about the price of LG KEYBO, but since Verizon offers its US version for $129.99 with a 2-year contract agreement, Canadian users should expect to pay about the same amount of money for the QWERTY handset.

The new KS360 is not a high-end handset, it has a full QWERTY keypad, but no touchscreen display.

Other features include: a 2.4 inch TFT display with 240 x 320 pixel, tri-band GSM connectivity with EDGE, a nice-looking User Interface, a 2.0 Megapixel camera with video recording, Music player, Video player, FM radio, Web browser, Instant Messaging, email, “powerful picture editor”, stereo Bluetooth and USB 2.0.

The KS360’s retail price has not been announced.

At the moment the LG KS360 will only hit the Asian market. FCC approved the KS360 recently, it looks like anyone interested in it won’t be waiting much longer.

The KM380 features a QVGA display, external music dedicated keys, Music player, an “LG Sound Engine” offering an advanced sound quality, FM radio and so on.

LG KM380 is available in China and the rest of Asia starting this month, while Africa, the Middle East and South America will get the music phone later in the summer. The KM380 costs about $200.
