BlackBerry KickStart and Javelin in New Live Images

BlackBerry KickStart (aka Pearl 8220) and Javelin, RIM’s two new smartphones, have not been officially announced by BlackBerry yet. However, they have been recently spotted in new live images, allowing us to make a size comparison between them.

The KickStart is said to be officially presented ahead of the Javelin. Moreover, there are also details about the smartphone’s price – in Canada, for example, the KickStart should be released via Rogers, for prices starting at 149.99 CAD with a three-year contract agreement.

BlackBerry Javelin will be released sometime in the middle of next year. Unfortunately, you won’t find any 3G connectivity with this smartphone, it will only work on GSM networks (with EDGE).

BlackBerry Javelin packs a wide display with 480 x 360 pixels, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with video and flash, a full QWERTY keypad, the latest BlackBerry OS, a powerful processor, an internal memory of at least 1GB, microSD card support, Music and Video players, Wi-Fi, internal GPS, BlackBerry maps, full HTML browser, email, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and so on.
