Sony Ericsson G705 was officially presented on September 9.
The G705 good-looking slider phone brings a set of attractive mid-end features: a 2.4 inch TFT display with 240 x 320 pixels, 262K colors and automatic rotation, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with fixed focus, flash, geotagging and video recording, quad-band GSM and HSDPA connectivity, A-GPS, Wi-Fi and DLNA, full HTML browser, email with Exchange ActiveSync, Google Maps, Google shortcut key, YouTube access, Music and Video players, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 120MB of internal memory and a 1GB M2 card and a battery should be able to provide up to 10 hours of talk-time or up to 400 hours of stand-by time.

Sony Ericsson is preparing to release two square-ish handsets, codenamed Kumiko and Eian.
The Kumiko should be officially named Sony Ericsson G705.
Coming as the first slider from the Web-oriented Gseries family, the Kumiko / G705 comes with a square-ish elegant design, and it brings the following features: an alphanumeric keypad, a 2.4-inch non-touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixels and 262K colors, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with video recording and flash (no auto focus), secondary camera for video calls, accelerometer, built-in GPS, Wi-Fi, and a Java-based interface. No word yet on internal memory, but the handset surely supports Memory Stick Micro cards.

Sony Ericsson G705 leaked images recently appeared on the Web.
This new G-series handset is a slider with a nicer alphanumeric keypad.
There aren’t too many details about the features of Sony Ericsson G705, but from these leaked images we can see that the handset will packs a 3.2 Megapixel camera with fixed focus, LED flash and video recording, as well as a front-facing camera for video calls. It will probably bring the following features: a 2.4 inch display with 262K colors and 240 x 320 pixels, A2 platform, built-in GPS.
