BlackBerry Bold to be Released in Singapore and Indonesia

BlackBerry Bold 9000, RIM’s newest high-end smartphone, will soon be released in Singapore and Indonesia. 

After being released in several European countries as well as in Canada, the Bold 9000 smartphone will be on sale starting mid-September in Singapore, for a price that, according to Research in Motion, should be set by the carriers offering it.

BlackBerry Bold 9000 will be available at the end of September, in Indonesia. As in Singapore’s case, the Indonesian price of the smartphone will be announced by each of the mobile operators that intend to commercialize it.

AT&T has launched a new promo website for the BlackBerry Bold 9000. This smartphone should be available sometime this summer.

BlackBerry Bold 9000 was first unveiled by RIM at the beginning of May. Measuring 114 x 66 x 14 mm, the new Bold features tri-band HSDPA connectivity (850 / 1900 / 2100 MHz), a 480 x 320 pixel TFT display, a full QWERTY keyboard, a 2 Megapixel camera with flash and video, 1GB of internal memory, Media player, a 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, GPS, full HTML browser, email and so on.

The price of the BlackBerry Bold 9000 is unknown yet.
