Samsung Tocco (aka Samsung TouchWiz, aka Samsung F480), a fashionable touchscreen phone, will be released via T-Mobile USA.
The new Tocco might be named “Samsung Roxy” or “Samsung T919″, according to TmoNews.
Measuring only 98.4 x 55 x 11.6 millimeters (3.87 x 2.16 x 0.45 inches) and weighing 106 grams (3.74 ounces), Samsung Tocco brings the following features: a 2.8 inch TFT touchscreen display with 262K colors, 240 x 320 pixels and haptic feedback, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, face detection, image stabilizer, flash and video recording, a new TouchWiz User Interface with widget support, GSM and HSDPA connectivity, built-in GPS (voice command included), Wi-Fi, Music and Video players, FM radio with RDS, 232MB of internal memory (expandable up to 8GB), full HTML browser, email, Instant Messaging, document viewer and a 1000 mAh that should offer up to three hours in talk-time mode or up to 250 hours in stand-by mode.

Samsung F480 (or Samsung TouchWiz) was recently released in India. It was launched in Europe several months ago, under the name of Samsung Taco.
Measuring 98.4 x 55 x 11.6 millimeters and weighing a bit more than 100 grams, the Samsung’s latest high-end handset brings the following features: a 2.8 inch touchscreen display with 262K colors, 240 x 320 pixels and haptic feedback, an intuitive TouchWiz interface, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, image stabilizer, LED flash, Wide Dynamic Range, face detection and video recording, tri-band GMS connectivity (900 / 1800 / 1900) with GPRS, EDGE and 3G, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 240MB of built-in memory and microSD/microSDHC card support for up to 8GB, Music player, Video player, FM radio with RDS, email, Instant Messaging, HTML browser, SMS, MMS and video messaging, document viewer, USB 2.0, handsfree, scheduler, clock, alarms, calculator, currency converter and a 1,000 mAh Li-ion battery that can offer a talk-time of up to eight hours or a stand-by time of up to 250 hours.

Samsung D980 was recently unveiled. The new high-end touchscreen phone seems to be a slightly changed version of the F480 TouchWiz. The Symbian smartphone packs an 8 Megapixel camera.
Samsung D980 comes with dual-SIM technology, allowing you to use two SIM cards at the same time, and brings tri-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) with GPRS and EDGE.

Samsung presented a new touch card handset, Samsung F480, at the Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona. It features a 2.8 inches 256K colors TFT touchscreen with a 240 x 320 pixels resolution, a 5M camera with auto focus, microSD card support, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, music / video player. The Samsung F480 supports 3G with HSDPA and tri-band GSM network coverage. It measures 95.9 x 55 x 11.5 mm.
