LG Venus is now available via Telus in Canada, with a price for only $99 (Canadian dollar).

LG Venus is the first touchscreen phone to be officially released in Canada. This dual-band CDMA handset comes in a stylish slider form factor, and features a 2 inch TFT touchscreen display with 262k colors support and a 240 x 320 pixels resolution, a 2 Megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, Music player, built-in GPS, Bluetooth with A2DP, Telus mobile music, Telus mobile TV, Telus mobile radio and so on. It measures 101 x 51 x 16 mm, weighs 108 g.

LG Venus will hit the Cannadian market starting April 2008, via Telus Mobility. LG Venus is a fashionable touchscreen handset that comes in a candybar form, and features a 2 inch 262k colors TFT touchscreen display with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution, a 2 Megapixel camera, microSD card support for up to 8 GB of extended memory, Music and Video players, Internet capabilities, Bluetooth, USB, GPS, Telus Mobile TV, Telus Mobile Music, Telus Mobile Radio and Telus Navigator. LG Venus measures 101 x 51 x 16 millimeters, comes in two colors: black/silver and pink.
