Asus P565 will probably be available somewhere in October this year.
The P565 packs a 800MHz Marvell processor (a first on any WM PDA phone), a memory of 256 ROM and 128MB RAM. Other features include: a 2.8 inch display with a 480X640 resolution, a 3 Megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 6.1, ASUS’s Glide touch-control software, WiFi radio, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, HSDPA support, GPS receiver and microSD card slot.
ASUS is expected to release it with a not-so-global tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/EDGE, just a single, lowly band of 3G support for UMTS/HSPA networks working on the 2100Mhz frequency.
The actual release date of the Asus P565 is unknown, nor about its price, but it’s pretty sure that it will not come cheap.
