Android-Powered HTC via T-Mobile

T-Mobile USA will release an Android-Powered HTC this fall, probably under the name HTC Dream or HTC G1.

Google’s Android mobile platform was officially announced quite some time ago, but there’s still no Android-powered handset yet. According to The New York Times, T-Mobile will be the world’s first mobile carrier to offer a mobile phone that runs on Android.

According to the Unofficial T-Mobile blog, the handset will will feature 3G connectivity and a 3 Megapixel camera, with a retail price for only $399.
